When creating defect reports, we aim to include as much useful information as possible to ensure you can easily understand and reproduce the issue for yourself. For example; titles, screenshots, replication steps, notes etc.
All of our tests that require interacting with a website, whether its a desktop browser or a mobile app are performed on real devices. In order to detect key issues, it is critical for testing to be performed on real devices. We have a range of PCs, Macs, Tablets, iOS and Android devices ready to test your website with.
We aim to complete each test within 24-48 hours. If for any reason there is a delay, we will contact you immediately.
