"Experiments have shown that Peacocks with more eyespots on their tails tend to produce bigger offspring with stronger dispositions, perhaps this is what the females are looking for in a mate when the males showcase their beautiful tails, proving the importance of their tail designs."
Copy testing is the testing task of verifying that a website or mobile app contains the expected text. The text can be displayed as part of a page's HTML, or even within an image. A copy deck is traditionally provided to allow a Tester to compare what is present against what is expected. Design testing is similar in that it covers checking against a set of designs to ensure the implemented design of the website or mobile app matches what intended. A tester performing this task will be checking the application for accuracy in several different areas such as; layout, colors, positioning, fonts, spacing, images and expected responsive changes.
Copy testing and Design testing are often performed during the main Testing phase of a development. Design testing will normally require that most, if not all elements are present in order to be able to test everything that is in the designs. However, useful early feedback to the Development team can also be provided for more complex designs by giving the Testers access during the development phase. Copy testing will often be more towards the end of the testing phase nearer to deployment, as copy changes can be frequent near to release time.
Our QA team will provide you with communication every step of the way, ensuring that the Copy testing and Design testing is efficient and effective. The process diagram below will give you an idea of how it would typically work. Just let us know if you have any questions!
