If you are unaware of the history of this software testing certification, you may not know that although there are three distinct advanced certifications, there was only on examination syllabus created which covered all three exams. One of the major changes in 2012 was the move to a separate syllabus for each exam. This is great news to any software tester considering studying for this exam. Its a lot easier to focus on a dedicated syllabus rather than trying to pick-out what information is relevant to a particular exam.
