Testing4Success.com is owned by ABC Distance Learning, which is a registered Canadian partnership.
Timescales
1. Although Testing4Success.com aims to meet the timescales as advertised, unforeseen delays may occur. Testing4Success.com will make every effort to relay any delay information to the customer, but will not be held accountable for any issues relating in a delay to the completion of testing.
2. App testing will be performed initially by
ONE tester. Any
additional resources to be added/removed during the timeframe of the
agreed software testing will be agreed by both parties.
3. Testing4success.com will not be held
responsible for delays resulting from defects blocking the progression
of the App testing.
4. Any delays greater than one day (due to illness etc.) to the competition
of the agreed testing services will be made known to allow time
extensions or alternative workarounds. Additionally, a ratio of one week
will be given for one day’s absence from testing, and one months notice
will be given for one week’s absence from testing.

Testing4Success.com will not be held responsible for any defects found
present in the App after the
agreed App testing has been performed by Testing4success.com
2. Testing4success.com will not be liable for any damages arising from the
App's use.
3. It is agreed
that software testing/App testing by its nature does not guarantee that the App under
test will be free from defects/bugs/faults/issues after the testing has
been performed.
Confidentiality
This
Agreement creates a confidential relationship between
Testing4success.com and the App provider. Information concerning
Testing4success.com’s and/or
the App provider's business affairs, vendors, finances,
properties, methods of operation, computer programs, employees,
documentation, and other such information whether written, oral, or
otherwise, is confidential in nature. Testing4success.com,
the App provider and employees of both will adhere fully to this
confidentiality agreement.
Governing law
This agreement shall be
binding upon the heirs and assigns of the parties and shall be governed
by and interpreted according to the laws of Canada.
Entire agreement
This agreement represents the full understanding between the parties and there is no other agreement, oral or written, between them, and that this agreement may not be modified without an agreement in writing signed by the party to be charged.
Source Files and Copyrights
1. The App provider will retain App copyrights.
2. For Apps already released on iTunes at the time of purchase, an additional payment will be required to cover the download fee.
