Testing4Success.com is owned by ABC Distance Learning, which is a registered Canadian partnership.
1. Any unauthorized broadcasting, public performance, copying or re-recording will constitute an infringement of copyright. Commercial copying, re-selling, hiring, or lending is strictly prohibited.
2. It is understood that all training material is protected by copyright (unless stated otherwise) under ABC Distance Learning.
3. Legal action will be taken if any training material is unlawfully shared or distributed without approval by ABC Distance Learning.
4. Testing4success.com and ABC Distance Learning are not in any way related to the ISTQB or any of its representative bodies in other countries.
5. Due to the sheer number and variety of employees a corporate licensee may have, it would be impractical to apply our individual pass guarantee in this scenario. Therefore our pass guarantee applies only to individual users and excludes users falling under a corporate license.
6. For customers who have any problems accessing the online learning system, we will respond to any complaint within 24 hours. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will provide alternative access to the training material.
7. Our aim is to serve each of our customers in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining superior quality and upholding our standards of customer satisfaction. Our company provides training products via an online learning system, and therefore refunds cannot be issued once an order is processed and completed and access is given to the training product.
8. If a student fails the exam on two occasions, we will refund to them 100% of the training course cost. All we require is that the student provides us with a copy of the 'failed' examination result. If you have any questions regarding our policy, just let us know.
9. It is understood that any question-based product includes original content created by Testing4success and does necessarily represent the actual exam content.
