Corporate Licenses
Due to the sheer number and variety of employees a corporate licensee
may have, it would be impractical to apply our individual pass guarantee
in this scenario. Therefore our pass guarantee applies only to
individual users and excludes users falling under a corporate license.
Online Learning System Problems
For customers who have any problems accessing the online learning
system, we will respond to any complaint within 24 hours. If we cannot
resolve the issue, we will provide access to the training material
another way.
Refund & Return Policy
Our aim is to serve each of our customers in a timely and professional
manner, while maintaining superior quality and upholding our standards
of customer satisfaction. Our company provides training products via an
online learning system, and therefore refunds cannot be issued once an
order is processed and completed
and access is given to the training product.
Guaranteed Pass Policy
If a student fails the exam on two occasions, we will refund to them 100% of the training course cost. All we require is that the student provides us with a copy of the 'failed' examination result. If you have any questions regarding our policy, just let us know.
